Jon/Debbie - This post is being placed here so that, as you are answering help desk tickets, you will list those items that you feel you need training on. For example, if a site needs restoring from backup because of a tech support issue, you may need to learn about our backup system and how it works. If so, please list it here.
The goal is to create a list of the most important training topics and then move from there to schedule training sessions on each one. This document allows for comments - so please list the training topics as a comment to this post.
