Here are instructions for moving your domain name.
1) Go to http://www.eNomcentral.com/ [http://www.enomcentral.com/]
2) Click the Register button in the upper right corner of their site and register for a free account.
3) After your account is created with Enom, click on Help link in the upper left side of the site. Click on the Go to Our Support Center button (in Enom). On the next page, click on the Submit a request link in the upper right corner of the site. Complete the information asked in the form and request your domain name to be received to your enom account and submit it.
*Note - it is quicker to be approved to receive the domain name if you chat with Enom online.
4) Email support@ourchurch.com with the domain name you would like moved and the username you have just registered at eNom.com. For security purposes, this email MUST come from the email address listed as the OurChurch.Com webmaster's email address for the site.
5) OurChurch.Com will "push" your domain name into your account.
6) At this point you have full control over your domain name. Please login to your eNom account and update the contact information for the domain name.
7) You can either keep your domain name at eNom.com and pay them subsequent registration fees or you can go to another registrar and pay them to transfer your domain name to their registration services.
The above steps are the most efficient way to transfer a domain name. OurChurch.Com does not transfer domain names to other registrars nor do we respond to confirmation requests should you initiate a transfer from another registrar.
