In cPanel, email addresses cannot be directly renamed or edited once they are created. If you need to change an existing email address, the standard method is to create a new email account with the updated address and then set up forwarding or migration from the old account if needed.
To do this:
1. Log in to your MyOCC account - myocc.ourchurch.com
2. Once logged in, you can click on the "Login to cPanel" button that you can find in the MyOCC Client Area Homepage.
3. Go to Email Accounts.
4. Click Create to add your new email address.
5. (Optional) Set up a Forwarder from the old address to the new one if you’d like to keep receiving mail sent to the old account.
