Q: I have SpamAssassin enabled but certain emails get marked as spam and I want to whitelist them:
A: Here is how to whitelist:

Enter your cpanel account

Go to Spam Assassin > SpamAssassin Configuration (near the bottom of the page)

Add *@domain.com, user@aol.com, etc (the addresses which were being blocked) to the "whitelist_from" and Save (near the bottom)
