Step 1: Log In to Your cPanel Account
- Log in to your cPanel account.
Step 2: Access Email Accounts
- Once you're logged in, you will be on the cPanel homepage.
- Find the "Email" section and click on "Email Accounts."
Step 3: Create a New Email Account
- In the "Email Accounts" interface, look for the "+ Create" button and click it.
- Click the drop-down list and select the domain where you want to create the email account. If you have only one domain, this setting may not appear.
- Enter a username for your new email account.
- You can choose to set a password now or request a password setting link to be sent to your email. The default setting is "Set Password Now."
- If you decide to set the password now, you can manually enter it in the password input box or generate a password automatically by clicking the "Generate" button. Be sure to copy and save the generated password.
- Click the "Edit Settings" button.
Step 4: Configure Email Account Settings
- Scroll down to find the "Options" button.
- You can select "Unlimited" to remove any storage limit for the email account, or set a specific storage space by entering the desired value and selecting the unit (e.g., MB, GB) from the dropdown list.
- For auto-creating folders, you can leave the default selection as is.
- If you plan to create another email account after this one, you can check the respective box.
Step 5: Create the Email Account
- Click the "Create" button.
