Step 1: Log In to Your cPanel Account
- Log in to your cPanel account.
Step 2: Access Email Accounts
- Once you're logged in, you will be on the cPanel homepage.
- Click on the "Email Accounts" icon or link. This section will display all the email accounts associated with your cPanel.
Step 3: Manage the Email Account
- Find the email account for which you want to change the password.
- Click the "Manage" button located on the same row as the email account you wish to modify.
Step 4: Set a New Password
- You can change the password in two ways:
- Enter a new password manually.
- Generate a password automatically.
- If you choose to generate a password automatically, you can click the "Generate" button to have cPanel create a secure password for you.
- Click the "More" icon to select password complexity settings if needed.
Step 5: Save the Password Changes
- If you manually entered the new password, make sure to save it in a secure place.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll find the "Update Email Settings" button. Click this button to save the password changes.
