Step 1: Log In to Your cPanel Account

1. Log in to your cPanel account.

Step 2: Access Email Accounts

1. Once you're logged in, you will be on the cPanel homepage.
2. Click on the "Email Accounts" icon or link. This section will display all the email accounts associated with your cPanel.

Step 3: Manage the Email Account

1. Find the email account for which you want to change the password.
2. Click the "Manage" button located on the same row as the email account you wish to modify.

Step 4: Set a New Password

1. You can change the password in two ways:
   • Enter a new password manually.
   • Generate a password automatically.
2. If you choose to generate a password automatically, you can click the "Generate" button to have cPanel create a secure password for you.
3. Click the "More" icon to select password complexity settings if needed.

Step 5: Save the Password Changes

1. If you manually entered the new password, make sure to save it in a secure place.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll find the "Update Email Settings" button. Click this button to save the password changes.
