Step 1: Log In to Your cPanel Account
- Log in to your cPanel account.
Step 2: Access Email Forwarding
- Once logged in, you'll be on the cPanel homepage.
- Go to the "Email" section and click on "Forwarders."
Step 3: Add Email Forwarder
If you wish to forward all emails sent to your email at example.com to another email address:
- Click the "Add Forwarder" button.
- Enter your email address in the provided field.
- If you have multiple domains, open the drop-down list and select the desired domain.
- Enter the address or multiple addresses separated by commas where you want all emails to be forwarded.
- If you wish to discard emails, click on the "Discard and send an error message" option button, and type the error or failure message that will be sent to the sender.
- Click the "Add Forwarder" button to complete the setup.
To forward emails to an email pipe script, follow these steps:
- Click the "Go Back" option.
- Click the "Add Forwarder" button again.
- Enter the address and select the domain of the email account whose emails you want to forward to an email pipe script.
- Click on "Advanced Options."
- Choose the "Pipe to a Program" option.
- Enter the full path of your custom email pipe script, e.g., "home/username/public_html/my_email_pipe.php".
- Click the "Add Forwarder" button to complete the setup.
Step 4: Confirmation
You have now successfully added the forwarder. Here, you can see the list of forwarded email addresses.
