Step 1: Log In to Your cPanel Account

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.

Step 2: Access Autoresponders

  1. Once logged in, you'll be on the cPanel homepage.
  2. Go to the "Email" section and click on "Auto Responders."

Step 3: Create an Email Autoresponder

  1. In the "Autoresponders" interface, find the "Add Autoresponder" button and click it.
  2. Here, you can configure automatic email response messages for those who send an email to you when you are unavailable.
  3. Open the drop-down menu of character sets and select the appropriate character set.
  4. Set the time interval the autoresponder should wait before sending another response to the same email address. By default, it won't respond to emails received within 12 hours from the same address.
  5. Enter the email address for which the autoresponder will respond.
  6. Select the domain of the email account.
  7. Enter the username for this autoresponder.
  8. In the input box provided, enter the subject of the response message.
  9. Compose the message you want the autoresponder to send.
  10. You can either start the autoresponder immediately or set a specific date and time as per your requirements. To set a custom date and time, click the "Options" button and select "Custom."
  11. From the custom options, choose a date and time for the autoresponder to start.
  12. If you want to stop the autoresponder at a specific date and time, you can also set it using the "Custom" option. Alternatively, you can choose the "Never" option to run it indefinitely.
  13. Click the "Create" button to complete the setup. You have now successfully created an autoresponder for the specified email address.

Step 4: Delete an Autoresponder

  1. In the "Autoresponders" interface, you can view the autoresponder you created.
  2. If you want to delete it, click the "Delete" button.
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking the "Delete Autoresponder" button.
